Great quality - problem with packaging.

I ordered 3 A3 canvases and they were delivered really quickly and look to be really good quality. The only problem is that one of them must have had something heavy on it and now the canvas is a bit stretched/baggy. It's not Kroma's fault - the had 'fragile' on the box, but probably should have had the box around the other way so the canvas wasn't on the outside.
