Such poor quality…. The brightness on my photos was either way to dark or way to light, they resent my order and still had the same issue and refuse to refund. Very disappointing will NOT be using this company again

Disappointed as when ordering square prints the web page shows an image of a normal rectangle print. Quite confusing

While I appreciate the prompt delivery, the quality of the prints was not great. The larger print was 1cm too short (this has since been replaced thank you) but the other prints are very dark in colour and the clarity is not great. We have the same files printed from another provider and the quality is much better.
