Prints where great, took a while to arrive & postage seems an aweful lot for a few 4x4 photos.

I accidentally ordered the incorrect print size which was very disappointing as I ordered over 500 pictures. The quality wasn't as great as usual, perhaps something to do with the sizing.
Kroma was my favourite place to order prints, canvases and photo gifts until they got new owners and started charging an insane amount for postage. I now only order if there's free shipping which is hardly ever. Please bring back the better prices or do free shipping more as I'm sure it prevents a lot of people from purchasing more.
