Packaging Extras

I have used this company for the last 4 years for my business requirements being a photographer. Normally I couldn't fault the service/quality everything, but this year I have had less orders, but more issues. Items being sent without passing on tracking info, split orders where I get one tracking and the rest of the order sent a day later and never pass on tracking. I used to be able to email and ask questions, but now I get the very basic of answers and totally ignored for everything else. Which is extremely dissapointing when I have supported the company and spent literally thousands with them. I am now going to have to go on the hunt for a new printer provider as this type of service has become terrible and is affecting my business too.
