I was disappointed as your automated photos in my book were cropped and in some cases heads or sides of people were completely off and so I was forced to buy photos from Harvey Norman and glue them over the photographs in your book. I did lodge a complaint and Ken was kind enough to offer a discount on another book but I didn’t really want two books with the same photographs especially as I selected the large size. I have had a lot of books printed by your company but this one ended up a complete disaster and I wasn’t happy.
So I will have to reconsider any future photograph books and where I have them printed.

Very happy with our book of holiday memories
I made a photobook for my daughters 21st. Was very straight forward to create, delivery was quicker than expected and I was more than happy with the quality of the photos in the book.
First time using Kroma and was pleasantly surprised with the exceptional quality of my custom printed photo book! The book was also well bound and delivered within a good time 😀 Also have to mention that the site itself was very user friendly and I was able to create my book with ease through my phone! Can't wait to get started on my next custom project!
Liked the hard cover, thickness of paper and colour. My only concern was the pages feel a little tacky as if they would stick together very easily.
