Good book and good quality prints. We thought we were ordering the lay flat pages as per previous book - our mistake

I was disappointed as your automated photos in my book were cropped and in some cases heads or sides of people were completely off and so I was forced to buy photos from Harvey Norman and glue them over the photographs in your book. I did lodge a complaint and Ken was kind enough to offer a discount on another book but I didn’t really want two books with the same photographs especially as I selected the large size. I have had a lot of books printed by your company but this one ended up a complete disaster and I wasn’t happy.
So I will have to reconsider any future photograph books and where I have them printed.
