I ordered 7 of the same item, 1 was perfect, the printing was slightly skewed in the other 6. I contacted Kroma about this and they reprinted another 7 free of charge. Unfortunately they were similar to the first lot with a white stripe down the edge of the backs, and internal pages where the printing was off. I was hoping to sell these little books, but wont be now as the printing is not up to scratch for selling. Its a shame because I really wanted to support a New Zealand company. - It wasnt the layout of the images as I did get 1 perfect copy. I have had lots of other books printed by Kroma (different sizes) and they have all been great.
