    Poor service

    I made a mistake and ordered 4x4 photos rather than 6x4. Surely the photo file sent is checked and if the format is different to the one ordered the customer is first contacted. Not so and no free reprint to keep customer happy. A 50% reprint was offered however too much hassle getting a code to use, so went to another (and cheaper) provider.

    For ease of ordering and editing your photos you cant go past Kroma. Price and shipping is great. I don't use anyone else but Kroma
