Poor care taken with packaging

Both my Acrylic Key Ring and Calendars came damaged as apparently Kroma cannot afford to wrap the acrylic key ring in bubble paper. The edge of the key ring is shattered and the ring itself has grooved into the cover of the Calendars that it was packed with. I used to get top quality product from Kroma but I will never purchase anything further from them and will instead seek my products made from their competitor.
